Methodological principles of the usage of the linguistic and cultural aspect in teaching foreign languages

The article is devoted to the importance of the linguistic and cultural aspect in teaching a foreign language. The object of linguistic and cultural studies is the language, which is part of culture. The purpose of using the linguistic and cultural aspect in the construction of the educational process is emphasized, the ways of presenting linguistic and cultural information by the teacher are highlighted. The criteria for the selection of linguistic and cultural materials are noted.
