The methodological approach to the estimation of «crisiability» of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation

The article covers the regions «crisisability» estimation problems. The authors research regional economic crises and reasons of their origin; they give the definition of the "region crisiability". The suggested method of the regions' «crisiability» estimation is tested on the data of 80 constituent entities of the Federation for 1996-2009.
