Methodological approaches to determination of economical efficiency of administrative-territorial units' land management patterns development

The problems of economic efficiency of the development schemes of land management of administrative-territorial units. The conclusion about the need to consider when evaluating the effectiveness of such a scheme expenses and income arising in the implementation of the full cycle of the system of land tenure - the redistribution of land, direct use and reproduction. The author presents a method for calculating the economic impact of the implementation of measures for land-use planning.
