The article is devoted to the problem of disabled children and children with limited opportunities of health. A special attention is paid to methodical recommendations about work with children of this category. The experts working with children with limited opportunities of health need to consider them in their work to know social and psychological features of children with limited opportunities of health, and also to be able to communicate with them for the purpose of providing the effective help to them.
