The article presents the theoretical and methodological aspects of the creation of the ecosystem approach concept in the tourism management of in the new reality. The article is aimed at the tourism management digital ecosystem, presented in the form of goal-setting modules and a functional module. These modules are based on information forming the knowledge base, the processing and analysis of which allows building a tree of goals and making decisions at each stage of their implementing in a structural-functional model. This approach makes it possible to carry out controlled adaptation of external environmental transformations in the scenario of tourism sector further development. The purpose of the study is to scientifically substantiate methodological approaches to the platform implementation of the adaptive tourism management digital ecosystem, based on the analysis of tourist needs, marketing research and resource opportunities at hierarchical levels of the tourism industry. The scientific research hypothesis assumes that the ecosystem of adaptive tourism management can integrate the participants interested in it into the shortest possible chains of information and communication interaction, as well as the complete transparency of these processes. The validity of the results and main conclusions is ensured using fundamental scientific works of domestic and foreign specialists on ecosystem research in relation to innovations and digital transformations. The results of the work are determined by the justification of the possibility and feasibility of applying a new methodological approach to building targets within the digital ecosystem of adaptive management, aimed at achieving the goals of the development of domestic tourism in the context of technological transformations.
