Methodology of formation of interpersonal relations of university students in team sports

The article presents an analysis of the peculiarities of interpersonal relations of students in team sports: volleyball, mini-football, basketball. The given results of the study largely explain the prize-winning places of basketball and football teams for the last five years by the interpersonal interaction of the team players, the team and the coach, and the failures of the volleyball team - by the fragmentation of team members, the annual change of the coach. The identified causes will contribute to the elimination of shortcomings in the training process, which provides for further development of recommendations to improve interpersonal relationships in student sports teams.
