The article presents ability forming methods of control and evaluating activity of teachers in the educational institution, features of these methods. It also correlates the principles of forming of control and evaluating activity with the pedagogical conditions and methodical mechanisms (ways) of their realization. The ratio of control types and methods in process of learning of basic educational program is described in the article. It also considers special course curriculum «Development of implementation ability of control and evaluating activity of college teacher».
