Methods of using special physical exercises to maintain and maintain flexibility in students during distance learning

During distance learning with a sedentary lifestyle with little activity, diseases such as varicose veins, scoliosis, vascular problems, etc. most often appear. In order to avoid these diseases, it is worth taking time to exercise, in particular, stretching. The article describes one of the main physical qualities - flexibility or otherwise stretching. The flexibility of the body gives the muscles not only proper relaxation, but also a uniform tone, which leads to improved coordination of movements. It has been proven that regular stretching exercises will help strengthen connective tissue, improve mobility and blood flow. A study is presented to study the impact of special physical exercises to maintain and preserve flexibility in students during distance learning. A list of physical exercises for flexibility was selected, an experiment was conducted and the results obtained were evaluated.
