The article describes the methodology for the presenting of key performance indicators of the industrial enterprise logistics processes management system as input data for the complex information-analytical maintenance of management systems of industrial enterprise logistics processes. The problem of formation of such data is that the logistics system parameters represent a sufficiently diverse array of content and information units. In addition, the management of logistics processes of industrial enterprises is based on the use of not only quite diverse, but not always certain information. The presence of different types of uncertainty was the basis for use of fuzzy sets in the analytical support logistics management theory. Using the theory of fuzzy sets allows you to consolidate and appropriately take into account all the necessary varieties of information. Application of this theory required transfer of all the original information into a specific form of membership functions. The article provides the method of transfer of performance values for the six groups of key performance indicators of the logistics processes management system in the form of rankings for each of the groups: Financial performance, Consumer satisfaction, Time, Costs, Stocks and Indicators of the level of organization of the logistical system of the industrial enterprise. This transformation allows to present key performance indicators in the form of a ready to use complex information-analytical maintenance of management systems of industrial enterprise logistics processes.
