The article presents the results obtained in the analysis of the treatment of temporary teeth in children aged 3 - 8 years with reversible inflammation of the pulp in the dental clinics of Samara. To evaluate the efficacy of treatment was considered temporary tooth, previously treated about the bullets-Pete: with a diagnosis of "hyperemia of the pulp" - 37 teeth, with a diagnosis of "chronic pulpitis" - 57 teeth. Treatment of reversible pulpitis by the method of vital amputation with subsequent overlay on the mouth of the root canal material "Pulpdent" must be carried out in one visit, as the imposition of a time-Noah bandage of dentine-paste 3 - 8 days leads to a further infection of the pulp the root of the first channel and, as a consequence, the development of complications in different periods after treatment (2 months, 4 months, 6 months, 12 months). To choose the optimal method of treatment of a tooth with an unspecified diagnosis, it is necessary to conduct an x-ray examination before the beginning of treatment, to justify the reversible state of the pulp, and "control of bleeding" after the amputation of the pulp is very important for further manipulation in the final stages of treatment.
