Methodology for the application of philological text analysis in teaching the legal language in the professional training of specialists for the judicial system

Teaching the legal language to future specialists of the judicial system should provide the ability to use the Russian language as a means of professional activity, which implies the development of analytical skills within problem-based learning. The concept of “legal language” is considered in the light of the problem of the relationship between language and thinking, therefore, analysis as a mental operation is taken as the basis for training. The author also proposes the definition of style as a way of transforming thoughts into a text message in accordance with the purpose, objectives and conditions of the communication situation. Based on traditional methods of philological text analysis, algorithms have been developed for a comprehensive professionally oriented stylistic analysis of court documents as written professional speech and for the analysis of accusatory and defensive speeches as oral professional communication in court. The study contributes to the solution of the problem of efficiency upgrading of Russian language training professionalization in a law school in accordance with the Federal State Educational Standard.
