Necessity to form communicative skills of college students under the conditions of implementing state educational standards and introducing WorldSkills standards and demo exams is discussed. The concept of integration in education and practices of conducting binary classes in “Russian Language and Speech Culture” and “Foreign Language” is discussed. Advantages of binary classes are pointed out. It is concluded that specifics of binary classes in “Russian Language and Speech Culture” and “Foreign Language” is synthesis of competence approach and WorldSkills demo exams requirements as for forming the communicative skills of students
