Methods of flexibility development in primary school children with mental retardation

This article describes the content of an experimental technique for developing flexibility in primary school children with mental retardation. The article highlights the importance of flexibility as an important physical quality, as well as the need to develop flexibility in childhood, since its development becomes much more difficult with age. The article presents a developed and tested method of developing flexibility in primary school children with mental retardation.
