Methodology for developing coordination abilities using individual mobility devices

Relevance. The problem of developing coordination abilities has recently attracted the attention of a wide range of scientists and specialists in the field of theory and methodology of physical education. Traditional means of developing coordination abilities in preschool age are physical exercises and outdoor games provided for in the physical education program. To achieve a high result in the development of coordination abilities, this is not enough. In this regard, there was a problem ofdeveloping a methodology for developing coordination abilities, using individual means of mobility. Since it is these tools that have experimentally proved a positive effect on the development of coordination abilities in preschoolers. The aim of the study is to substantiate the methodology for developing coordination abilities using individual mobility tools in a preschool institution. To obtain information, we used well-known research methods: analysis and study of scientific and methodological literature, pedagogical observation, ascertaining experiment, mathematical and statistical methods. The results of the study showed that the method of developing coordination abilities using individual means of mobility can be used in physical education classes, as they correspond to the needs and physical capabilities of preschool children.
