Methods of developing coordination abilities in schoolgirls aged 7-9 years through rhythmic gymnastics

This scientific article is devoted to the description of the content of an experimental technique for improving the development of coordination abilities among 7-9-year-old schoolgirls in the rhythmic gymnastics section. In the modern sports environment, the importance of coordination abilities is inherently increasing, due to which students can quickly navigate in space; accurately differentiate their muscle sensations and regulate the degree of muscle tension. Progress in rhythmic gymnastics, which is based on a complex set of motor actions, significantly depends on this ability. In this regard, this article is devoted to the search for methods, methodological techniques and various means of influencing students. The article presents materials on the use of exercise complexes with gymnastic subjects for schoolgirls aged 7-9 years in the rhythmic gymnastics section.
