Methods of developing students' endurance through independent work

The paper discusses the main types of human endurance, the features of the methodology for the development of general endurance, ways to assess its level of development and the impact on the body and health of students. A study was conducted to study the development of endurance in students through independent work. The most effective exercises for the development of general endurance of the body, suitable for independent performance by a student at home, as well as the methodology for their correct performance, are compiled and selected. The work can be useful for both students and teachers with graduate students of higher educational institutions.
