The methodology used for implementing pedagogical conditions of the formation of university students' social maturity

Turbulent development of communication technologies and modernization of production sphere causing constant social and economic changes with changing requirements the modern specialist is to follow make the problem topical. The specialist must possess not only professional competence but also be able to effectively interact with different social subjects, harmonically match personal and public interests, act in situations of uncertainty and be socially responsible, i.e. socially mature. Insufcient development of methodologies and techniques in the contemporary pedagogy to form social maturity of students determines the need to develop a complex of pedagogical conditions on the basis of using personality inner potential for effective socialization via merging teaching and learning technologies. The structure of the methodology is revealed to include four blocks: purpose content, organization and results. It is maintained that application of social learning technology actualizes self-socialization mechanism to allow students independently socialize both while studying at the higher school and after it.
