Methods of technical and tactical training of qualified yachtsmen on the basis of computer modeling of race

The results of working-out and the grounds of methods of technical and tactical training of qualified yachtsmen on the basis of computer modeling of race are described in the article. Such methods allow to raise significantly the level of technical and tactical preparedness of qualified yachtsmen on the basis of objective, meaningful, operational and effective unity of fundamental and subsidiary (computer modeling of race) educational and training means in comparison with traditional ways. The elaborated methods of technical and tactical training of qualified yachtsmen on the basis of computer mod eling of race include such points as defining the level of technical and tactical preparedness, revealing the peculiarities of influence of multimedia programme upon improvement of specific tactical modes, differentiating the level of the load during trainings with taking into account the average index, realizing and controlling educational process.
