The subject of the research is a set of procedures for planning and application of space means of Earth remote sensing equipped with modifi ed onboard optoelectronic special complexes. The task of the research is to develop a methodology of planning and application of space means. The purpose of research is to improve the efficiency of the ground targets survey.
