The planning of the activities of professorial and teaching staff of a higher education institution is formalized with the help of individual plans. Individual plans require supplementation in the form of a methodology for assessing performance results and translating them into the amount of a stimulating bonus. The most convenient approach to assessing the performance is the rating approach.
