Methodology for selecting adaptive, subject-oriented options for conducting preparatory and final parts of practical classes in the discipline "Physical culture and sport"

This article is devoted to reducing the negative impact of various types of educational and cognitive activities in the educational process when they alternate during the school day on the psycho-physiological and physical condition of the student and his readiness for the current and subsequent types of classes. It is proposed to include in the preparatory and final parts of the practical lesson on the discipline "Physical culture and sport" adaptive, subject-oriented exercises that allow to increase the readiness for classes and, thereby, improve interdisciplinary connections in the educational process.
