Methods to define traffic safety inspectors’ communicative skills

Introduction. The relevance of the study is determined by the high importance of professional communication in the officers’ activities. The effectiveness of communication depends on the appropriate skills and abilities. The aim is to develop and standardize methods of research of communicative skills of traffic safety inspectors.
