Methodological approaches to the study of the communicative culture of library staff

The objectives of the library as an institution of socialization, enculturation, development of an individual. Communicative culture as a complex, integrative phenomenon requires a comprehensive review. The article presents a set of approaches that can fully reveal the essence of the studied phenomenon. This, above all, a systemic, synergistic approaches to investigate the communicative culture as a multidimensional, multifunctional, open, self-organizing and developing system. To define the ways and specific features of the realization of the communicative culture of a librarian in his professional activity possibly referring to the provisions of such methodological approaches as acmeological, personality-active, communicative, axiological, culturological, pragmalinguistically, dialogue, competence, paradigmatic. The conclusion about the expediency of studying of the communicative culture in the context of the humanistic paradigm.
