Methodological problems of soviet culture study as a new kind of culture in human history

The paper analyses typological peculiarities of Russian culture of the Soviet period, its fundamental values and beliefs. It describes methodological principles and methods to research the Soviet culture. The author interprets the Soviet period in the development of Russian culture as implementation of the idea of cultural heritage and continuity in maintenance and development of Russian civilization.
