Methodological problems of the existence of a full-fledged system of international law at the present time

The point of view that international law cannot fully exist and function is expressedand substantiated at this historical stage of human development. The reasons for this are determinedby the nature of man, his objectively inherent selfishness. Its extreme expression is the permanentstream of wars and armed conflicts on the planet. Non-negotiability, conflict of humanity as abiological species is caused not by biological factors, but by spiritual ones, i.e. related to thesphere of development of the human soul. The need for a complex study of the human being as asystem of soul and body, the study of which is not limited to the framework of any one science orbranch of scientific knowledge, is substantiated.
