Methodological approach to estimating the competitiveness of managerial employees at mining enterprises

Object of the research: managerial employees of all levels of management at mining enterprises operating in the global innovation economy. Subject of the research: labor relations appearing in the process of increasing the competitiveness of managerial employees of all levels of management at mining enterprises. Goal of the work: to develop a methodological approach, allowing to estimate the competitiveness of managerial employees at mining enterprises. Methodology of the work: the methods of system and structural-functional analysis, questionnaires, interviews, expert assessments, statistical analysis, production experiment, timing and photography of working hours have been used. Result of the work: a methodological approach, according to which the competitiveness of managerial employees is estimated by the level and dynamics of socio-competence-economic results of their activities, has been developed. Scope of application of the results of the work: the proposed methodological approach creates the basis for constructing and predicting the trajectory of change in the competitiveness of each managerial employee at mining enterprises in the medium and long-term perspective. Conclusion: the methodological approach to estimating the competitiveness of managerial employees at mining enterprises has been developed, including: criteria, a system of interrelated socio-competence-economic indicators and methods for their calculation, a matrix for identifying market positions of managerial employees, allowing, at the corporate level, to analyze and design the trajectory of change in the competitive positions of managerial employees and, at the level of an individual executive, to identify competitive advantages and points of growth in order to achieve the required socio-competence-economic results.
