The Methodological Significance of Pest Analysis in the Formation of the Management Mechanism of the “Entrepreneurial University”

This article is devoted to the study of key external factors influencing the management mechanisms of “entrepreneurial universities” (or University 3.0), using the PEST analysis methodology. The study identified political, economic, social and technological determinants that have a significant impact on the development and competitiveness of universities. Based on the results obtained, recommendations are made for strategic adaptation, the development of an entrepreneurial culture, attracting funding, forming partnerships, integrating digital technologies and investing in human capital. The study emphasises the need for constant monitoring of the external environment and active interaction with the state, business and society to ensure the sustainable development of “entrepreneurial universities”.
