The methodology of automated monitoring of officials’ activities in the state preschool education system

The paper identifies the main parameters of quality of officials’ activities and justifies the resources for development of automated computer programs for remote state control over the officials’ activities. The author presents the basic (initial) areas for the automated analysis of the activities of the preschool education system officials.
