Described the rationale for developing methods of clinical (medical) based on expert psychodiagnostic approach that includes clinical (expert) method, methods of collection, processing and multidimensional mathematical analysis of expert assessments. Presented the theoretical background of this approach, the main differences between psychometric and expert technology of clinical psychodiagnostic associated with the peculiarities of diagnostic problems in this domain.
