Methodology of legal cognition and the problem of students' motivation of educational activity

The article analyzes the motivation of educational activity in the system of higher education. In the context of optimization in the modern conditions of the educational process, conclusions on the determinants of the decrease in the level of motivation of the subject of receiving educational services are formulated on the basis of sociological research. Classification of external and internal motivation of educational activity of the subject is considered. Conclusions and suggestions on improving the quality of motivation for the subject's educational activities are formulated. As an increase in the motivation of educational activity, key directions of the methodology of scientific knowledge are studied using the example of legal education.
