Amino acids are an important component of food. They serve as “building blocks” that make up proteins. Protein deficiency in the body leads to disruption of its normal operation-loss of memory and mental relaxation opportunities, reduce the body's resistance. The effectiveness of the use of protein by the body is determined by two parameters: its balance on the content of essential amino acids and protein relative to the standard, as well as the efficiency of the exchange and utilization of protein by the body. Cheese product with berry components designed by the author of the “AMINOSKOR” meets the functional requirements to the reference product for selected age groups of school. The developed method of computer simulation of multi-component food products allows purposefully and efficiently develop products with a balanced amino acid composition.
