Methods of analysis of the structural and figurative-semantic content of the works of the Russian chanters in XVI-XVII centuries

The development of the research methods of the structural and figurative-semantic content of the works of the Russian chanters in XVI-XVII centuries has great scientific importance. The author develops the textual structural-formular method that assumes exposure of the formular structure of church chanting, reconstruction with the help of hand-written sources of missing tracings or stains in which simple Znamenna retell the melodic matter of the formula, and also carrying out the synchronous formular analysis of various lists as one and the same formula could be written down either in the form of a tracing or stain by the simple Znamenna that reveals the melodic content of the formula. The author also develops the methods of decoding, analysis of the formular-intonational content of church chanting and the methods of revealing of the text and tune figurative-semantic ties.
