Diagnostic methods of learned and personal security in youth

The article presents methods for diagnosing psychological helplessness. The urgency of the problem of diagnosing learned/personal helplessness boils down to the need to study the determinants of the behavior of young people, including migrants from Central Asia, and to obtain verified data on the factors of adaptation of migrants in the new sociocultural environment. The approaches to the diagnosis of learned/personal helplessness are analyzed, as well as specific psychodiagnostic techniques are given to assess the presence of helplessness among young people, including migrants from Central Asia.
