Methods of physical activity control in health-improving aerobics classes

The purpose of this study was to study methods of physical activity control in recreational aerobics classes. This scientific article examines the importance of systematic aerobic exercises that improve well-being and health, have an aesthetic effect on the body, increase muscle tone, improve joint mobility and performance. However, in order to achieve positive effects without negative consequences, it is necessary to control physical activity during recreational aerobics classes. Content analysis was used to evaluate performance and determine criteria for overwork, which makes it possible to compare data and study the problem more deeply. In this regard, key recommendations have been developed for the successful practice of recreational aerobics.
