Methods of teaching kuresh fighting techniques

The topic presented in the article seems relevant today, especially in the aspect of development, improvement and expansion of the technical and tactical arsenal of kuresh wrestling based on national traditions. This article deals methods of teaching techniques of wrestling kuresh, their features and effectiveness in the training process are revealed. The subject of the research is the process of improving attacking technical and tactical actions in kuresh wrestling; the purpose is the content and organization of the educational-training process and competitive activity of kureshi players on the basis of teaching interconnected (single) technical and tactical actions. To reveal the topic of the article, implement the tasks and test the hypothesis, in addition to the two main practical and theoretical or systematic methods, a set of research methods was used: analysis and generalization of scientific and methodological literature, survey and questioning, peer review, interviewing, pedagogical observation, pedagogical experiment, mathematical-statistical methods. Along with this, the author notes the effectiveness of the use of non-traditional methods and modern technical means - inclined platforms, electrical stimulators, film simulators, anatomical mannequins with a software device. As a result of the analysis of the main methods of teaching the technique of national wrestling kuresh, the most effective methods in the training process of kuresh wrestlers were identified. These include the method of modeling various situations of one-on-one match a (duel), the method of program training, which provides for the division of material into specific tasks and control over their mastering, the method of learning the sequence of exercises performed. In the assimilation of modern effective methods and techniques in the preparation of qualified kureshists and their training in technical and technical actions, the practical significance of the activities of trainers and teachers is noted. The main provisions of the study and practical results are introduced into the educational and training process of the departments of physical culture of the Osh State University, the Kyrgyz-Uzbek International University named after Batyraly Sydykov, Jalal-Abad State University.
