The work deals with the modern radical course of tele-radiotherapy for lung carcinoma. The methods of registration and control of early radiation complications are discussed. New technologies for assessing the effectiveness of radiation therapy for peripheral non-small-cell lung carcinoma and for prognosis of radiation therapy complications are proposed.
