International legal aspect of juridization of rights of the human in the context of the analysis of the British "Code of practice - A"

The article presents an analysis of certain provisions of the British anti-crime legislation, which extends its activities to the area of maintaining guaranteed observance of human rights in society in the process of stopping and searching suspected persons. The authors adhere to the hypothesis regarding the acceptability of the noted foreign experience of policing in the context of unconditional observance of human rights.
