International partnership in the Barents region on the example of academic mobility

Currently, there is a global internationalization of education. At the moment, higher education institutions are developing a strategy for the development and strengthening of international relations in the field of education. One of the points of the strategy implementation is international student mobility. The article considers academic mobility on the example of three Central universities of the Barents region.
