International cooperation in the fight against customs offenses

Customs violations carry a certain social danger, which manifests itself in the threat of harm or damage to public relations in the customs sphere, including acts related to the replenishment of the revenue part of the federal budget. Today, international customs cooperation is one of the types of international relations, the purpose of which is joint participation in solving problems and providing mutual assistance in the customs sphere. The paper examines the features of international cooperation in the fight against customs offenses. The statistics of initiated cases of administrative offenses are analyzed. The role of international organizations in the work on international cooperation in the fight against customs offenses is considered.
