International cooperation in the process of combating corruption crimes in the customs authorities

The customs authorities of the Russian Federation are tasked with providing assistance in the fight against corruption and international terrorism, as well as ensuring compliance with the international obligations of the Russian Federation in terms of customs affairs, cooperation with customs and other competent authorities of foreign states, international organizations dealing with customs issues. The article examines the regulatory framework for the interaction of anti-corruption units of the customs authorities of the Russian Federation with law enforcement agencies of other states, and concludes that there is a need for more precise regulation of the distribution of responsibilities between specific subjects of interaction, taking into account the conditions of the functioning of the EAEU.
