The international cooperation in criminal proceedings as the direction of the research

The analysis of one of the last researches in the field of international cooperation is carried out, the scientific directions of further improvement of the criminal procedure legal framework of interaction of law enforcement agencies of the different states are defined. The author of article referred to such perspective directions the development of a procedure of testing reports on crime, where suspects are those persons which are outside the territory of the Russian Federation; studying of the issue of normative fixing of provision that by court consideration of questions of election of a preventive measure in the form of detention and about the extension of this preventive measure in the absence of the suspect, accused at the hearing participation of the defender is obligatory and so forth
