International customs cooperation of Russia in the field of intellectual property protection

Among the main directions of international customs cooperation, the protection of intellectual property is important, since with the entry of new companies into the world market, as well as various technologies and the results of people's intellectual labor, the role of customs authorities in this matter becomes more relevant. This article reflects the normative legal acts regulating the topic of this article, the analysis of the registration of intellectual property objects in the customs register of intellectual property objects and the dynamics of the initiation of administrative offenses, as well as modern conditions for the protection of intellectual property objects against the background of the political situation.
