International mechanisms for the protection of human rights

An urgent task of legislators at the present stage of development of the legal system is to develop a new view on the international protection of the rights and freedoms of man and citizen. The aim of the work is to analyze the interaction of international bodies capable of providing a mechanism for national protection. The study revealed that in recent years the number of cases of violation of the rights of citizens by state bodies or other officials has significantly decreased, and, consequently, the need for citizens to exercise the right to international protection has decreased. At the same time, this protection is of great importance in the system of law, since it regulates the mechanism of interaction between citizens and the state to protect violated rights.
