International models of regulating competition

This article examines the existing international models of regulation of competition, both within the framework of international cooperation through the adoption of resolutions, recommendations and conventions by international organizations, and the features of models of antimonopoly legislation of various foreign countries separately. The article also provides an assessment of the main arguments "for" and "against" the existence of a "soft" model of antimonopoly regulation, makes the author's conclusion about the need for its existence, with some modifications.
