International experience of regulatory and legal consolidation of the system of education of personnel of law enforcement bodies: on the example of the Republic of Kazakhstan

The article presents an analysis of certain provisions of the legal regulations of Kazakhstani legislation, in terms of fixing systemic ideas regarding the education of the personality of a law enforcement officer. Clarifying the list of relevant legal acts and some aspects of their content, addressed to education in general and ideological work, in particular, the author draws attention to the importance of increasing educational efforts with the personnel of the noted state institutions, which is due to the peculiarities of modern geopolitical trends associated with struggle for human consciousness.
