International experience in combating domestic violence

This article deals with some problems of fight against domestic violence in Russia. It is also related with positive experience of solution of similar problems in foreign countries. I have explored some ways of resistance to family violence on every stage (from its prophylaxis to criminal liability for some action that have already been done).
