Interethnic relations in modern Russia: theoretical and methodological analysis of the problems of identity and integration

The relevance of this study lies in the fact that interethnic relations play a key role in the social and political processes of multinational states, which makes the problem of scientific analysis of identity and integration in modern Russia, where representatives of more than 190 ethnic groups live. For the study of interethnic relations and integration, a complex methodology is used, including general scientific methods of cognition (analysis, synthesis, generalization) and special scientific methods of sociology, political science, cultural studies, which allows a deeper understanding of the dynamics of interethnic interactions in the process of forming the self-consciousness of the population.
