Interpersonal interaction between author, readers and characters in M. Lermontov's "A hero of our time"

The article reviews the process of dialogue between all participants in the process of artistic communication: the author, the character and the reader. Based on the study of receptive communicative model "author -character - reader", we define features of communication and the relationship between the author and the reader, and the specific embodiment of the reader’s image in Mikhail Lermontov's novel «A Hero of Our Time».
