The relevance of the study is due to social relations in the working environment, which play an important role in the development of organizational processes and the fulfillment of professional tasks. The aim of the study is to examine how variations in social relationship systems affect work processes and how the philosophy of interpersonal conflict helps to understand them. The research methods include a phenomenological approach that analyzes variations in positive relationship systems by considering their duration, quality, and participants’ perceptions. According to the results of the study, it was revealed that systems of social relationships can lead to both positive and negative consequences, varying depending on the dialogical worldview of the participants and their willingness to understand each other. The novelty of the concept lies in the fact that the social nature of interpersonal conflicts is considered through the prism of the philosophical ideas of alienation proposed by K. Marx, which are revealed in the context of the modern professional environment. The theoretical and practical significance of the presented results lies in the proposed practical recommendations for improving employee well-being and the effectiveness of organizations that provide tools for interpersonal conflict resolution based on phenomenal-dialogical principles. This additionally contributes to the development of interpersonal communication skills, taking into account the individual needs of employees.
