As a result of the study of the content and structural components of ethnic tolerance, the factors of its formation in society and the features of its upbringing in an interethnic family, the following conclusions can be drawn. First, to identify the causes and conditions for the formation of ethnic tolerance, it is necessary to consider the analysis of factors that determine the state of the social and political environment in the field of interethnic relations, among which are three groups: macro-factors acting at the level of society as a whole, the national state (historical, political, socio-economic, ethno-cultural and confessional), meso-factors (territorial ethnic communities and conditions of their interaction) and micro-factors (features and results of ethnosocialization in families, methods of education). Second, the influence of the interethnic family on ethnic tolerance in society is determined by two vectors: intra-familial vector associated with the implementation of the ethnosocialization function in the family as a condition for the formation of a tolerant personality, and external vector focused on the translation of the family experience of ethno-tolerant behavior, norms and standards of interethnic interaction that contribute to the formation of ethnic tolerance in society. Third, the process of influence of interethnic families on ethnic tolerance in society has not only its own opportunities, but also limitations, which are associated with both state policy in the field of solving new problems of interethnic relations along with contradictory attitude of society to interethnic marriages and the problems of forming ethno-tolerant personality within the family.
